This Refunds Policy governs refund procedures for Ayurvedic  programs, services or products provided by Eva Janoskova – Ayurvedika through the MyAyurvedika.com website (thereafter: Ayurvedika). By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to the terms stated in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Service Non-Delivery by Ayurvedika: If, for any unforeseen reason, we are unable to provide the scheduled ayurvedic service, you will receive a full refund. We will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule the appointment.
  • Customer Cancellation 48 Hours Prior: If you, as the customer, decide to cancel your service at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Dissatisfaction: If the consultation did not meet your expectations and you express your dissatisfaction within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support at [email protected] within 7 days of your service.
  • We will review your request and may require additional information to process your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

All online products, programs, memberships, and trainings are non-refundable. These services are clearly identified in the description part.

5. Refund Fees

We do not charge any fees for processing refunds. You will receive the full refund amount.
